  • 1. Power OFF — The ONT has no power supply. Check the mains connection is plugged in and switched on.
  • 2. Power Green — The ONT is powered on.
  • 3. LOS — OFF and PON — ON — Broadband service is connected to the exchange and the line is clear.
    LOS = Loss of Signal. PON = Passive Optical Network
  • 4. LOS — OFF and PON — Flashing Green — Establishing link to the Exchange. When connected PON will turn solid Green.

  • 5. LOS — RED and PON — RED — Optical link not establish or possible fault. Check the optical cable is connected and not damaged. Turn the ONT off and back on again.

  • 6. LOS — Flickering Red — There is Data Loss. Turn the ONT off and back on again.
    LOS = Loss of Signal.
  • 7. LAN — OFF — No Ethernet cable is connected or recognised.
    LAN = Local Area Network
  • 8. LAN — Green — Ethernet cable is connected.
    LAN = Local Area Network
  • 9. LAN — Flickering Green — Data is being transferred via Ethernet.
