  • Follow the steps to help fix issues such as: No Dial Tone, Noisy Line, unable to make or receive calls, phone does not ring.
  • 1. Check the router is connected to the master BT socket.

  • 2. Check the phone you wish to use is connected correctly to the router and powered on.
  • 3. Reset the router using the pinhole reset button.

  • 4. Try replacing the broadband filter (micro filter), the DLS cable and Ethernet cable.
