Speed Test with Ookla App (Windows 10)
1. Ensure your PC is connected to the router via Ethernet.
2. Disconnect all other devices and make sure additional apps (E.g. Messaging apps, games, video streaming apps, email) are closed. If you use a VPN (virtual private network) for work or personal use, make sure this is also disconnected/ shutdown.
3. Download the app from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10. Click the Start button.

Click Microsoft Store.

In the search box type Speedtest by Ookla and press Enter.

Click Get.
7.
Choose the desired option.
8. Speedtest by Ookla will download.
9. Click Launch.

Click OK.
11. Click GO.

The app will perform a speed test.
13.
Once the test finishes, make a note of your Ping, Download and Upload results.
